its good to have the right connections at the right places here in melbourne. exsp at food outlets that i ocassionaly visit such as KFC , Bubble Tea Stall on Bourke,this Bakery on swanston and STARBUCKS. I’ve got friends who work at the KFCs around the city who would usually just punch in the price of a Twister for a Bucket of chicken, 2 zinger meals and an extra drink. At crown bakery, whenever Kart***’s there she’d give me 10% off on cakes and sometimes she’d even sneak in a Taro cake for me for free. lol. R**** works at Starbucks and somehow she manages to get all her friends free drinks when they come to visit. and then there’s this Penang Born Suki, a girl i went to highschool here with who would go: “heyy SITI! MAU PEGI MANA???”….”MAUUUU MINOM??” every time i pass the bubble tea stalll she works in.

OIIIII SITIIII..MINOM?? hahahaha. when its free. why the hell not kan?

Just great kan? i was hoping to indulge in the world of SIMS 2 before school starts. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ACER FOR MAKING MY DREAM COME TRUE. Uni starts this week and with four major assignments due just around the corner , not being able to play sims 2 is the least of my worries. All 3 assignments are worth 50% and ONE i have to pass if i want to finish this semester. It doesnt help that all the due dates are consecutively ordered sampaiiiiiiiiiiiiii the end of January!!!

im currently seated in front of the tv. watching CORONATION STREET on the UKTV for the first time in my life ever. wth. is coronation street the “Neighbors” of UK kah?? if it is. its boring. The weekend was spent watching back to back episodes of The Simple Life, Super Sweet 16 and hehehe… HANNAH MONTANNA ON THE DISNEY CHANNEL. in the words of paris hilton sama daughter of Lionel Richie .. LOVES IT. I could see HANNAH MONTANNA being the next Lizzie Mcguire only better and less girly and less annoying and less chirpy.

ive been missing home alot lately. like alot alot alot. i really wished i was back for summer. there’s hardly anything to do here.. huhu there’s also hardly anything to do in brunei but its good to be surrounded by friends and family. Not to mention, life is very laid back in Brunei.. u not need to worry about missing a tram, not knowing what to cook for dinner, not having any money for lunch.. and when’s your next allowance coming in. sigh. its true lah, after a while of being over seas in my case 6 going on 7 years now, the novelty of studying overseas have long gone. WTW. (with the wind). I just cant wait to finish up.. and goyang kaki balik brunei..for a few months lah before i start hunting for a job worth waking up in the morning to. We did managed to get a few nice things here and there pulang (i got my friss co bag ive been wanting so much for 30% off!)..and i made a mistake of getting this one teaspoon dress (no not david jones, from another store) that i do not have the slightest idea of how to wear. I tried wearing it as a pinafore but ew. cannot lah. yatah moral of the story..just because its on sale YOU DONT HAVE TO BUY IT..and one teaspoon sucks. i’m sticking to my Cue.
