Just got back from Nawa’s. I just thought i’d see them for abit since It’s been a while since we just chilled out and stuff. well not really.. come to think of it..i just saw them sisters two days ago. aku lali. sorry. i was just thinking out loud.
So i finally got off my butt and played squash today. It was just me and inta on a $22.50-per-hour squash session at the Aquatic centre. It’s been a while, that ive completely forgotten how to surf serve. First few minutes in to the game, i kudnt surfserve for shit. I even forgot some of the squash jargon that i learnt during my training in brunei; “handouts” , “Service fault” ,”drop shot” , “the boast” and the infamous “Bitch Ball” . I can’t even rememberrrrr the name that i INVENTED to replace “match ball” in games (exsp when im on the verge of losing ; LOVE , EIGHT)
Godness me, i might as well forget my date of birth and my last name while im at it.
sigh. but yeah, to finally play squash after so long? It was a bliss. I just wished it could be cheaper lah..then i can go everyday.. then i won’t forget how to surf serve..then i can be the Nicole Davis of Brunei..then everyone would want to beat me..then people would be paying me for interviews and shit..then i’ll finally be on TV3’s NONA..then i can use my fame for a good cause.. like supporting the perempuan,isteri,kueh-cincin,cakoi dan dot dot dot club.. then brunei kueh would be famous..se antero dunia..and its all because of the No 1. Squash Player in the world ; ME. (hey, a girl can dream la!)
Had a huge dinner at Kanpai on Chapel afterwards. Finally had the chicken & beef tenpanyaki that ive been forever craving for.
I’m soooo the very lah tired in the world and in the universe now.. im just gonna go, have my shower.. and sleep.
