Thanks Salwa for posting up that comment on nu music on your playlist. Love it when people actually appreciate what i post up in here. I used to be THE mp3 downloader! Would download just about any new song there is either on mirc or limewire..but now with youtube, i hardly ever bother anymore. These days i would usually just make a search for the new song i want to hear and voila there! i have it! playing balik2 …. until firefox has to freakin restart because it crashed while a youtube video is playing in one tab and Pet society loading on the other! haha.

Also yesterday, i finally caught up with MQ7 my long time mp3-provider. haha i thought i was THE mp3 downloader until i met him! Nothing has changed since we last talked, he still cranks up really good music from his car. And i was sort of taken aback by how many good songs ive missed out on in the last couple of years.. like this one

its been a while since i heard really good indo acoustic music. Dua’s Kau is just as goo as this track. Before Youtube i considered downloading mp3s as a hobby! lol Maybe, now that i havent got anything to do.. i should take it up again? lol…and then all i need is a car to show off all my new songs in.. lol (LIKE A Q7!!!! 😛 )

Im just waiting for Bushu to pass me my ofcourse-(il)legal Brian Mcknight cd. Mcknight has a new album out and from what i heard on Youtube it’s definitely something worth listening to. What else is good out there? comment!!!

i overslept. its 10AM. mustve been really tired!! i was supposed to start on my eclairs today. im thinking of putting it out on TheCakery’s menu. I made my first stash of Chocolate Noir ones the other day ..an eclair filled with rich dense chocolate cream.. mom wasn’t too happy with it cause she tot the filling and the drenched chocolate top was too rich.. but oh did Molly loved it!!! I usually either take my mom’s word for it or my siblings cause they’re really hard to please. I thought they were good and molly thought they were good too.. mom on the other hand thought they were good but a bit too rich..and she suggested that i should give an option of either choc cream filled ones or just fresh cream. good idea. aint gonna argue with that boo. huhu. Moreover, you will be happy to know that i will be coming out with my butterscotch eclair/profiteroles! Friends have been asking when i’ll start selling them.. SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!.. lol. either tommorrow or wednesday! haha surprise kah..saprais? huhu

uwaaa its November and im still unemployed. i hate this. 2 weeks ago it was ok, cause i wasn’t the only one! I would wake up to Molly sitting outside my room infront of the house computer facebooking or doing whatever other shit she does on the computer.. but today when i woke up.. THE COMPUTER WAS SWITCHED OFF and the house is suddenly vewy vewy vewy quiet like its out hunting wabbits! not to mention that my younger siblings are in school. so here i am. alone. in this house. Siapa tah dangan ku becakap? Si Umi? si Karmiah? si Mamah? si Mani? durang pun sibuk bekeraja!!!! panic attack much?

iim tired. ive been baking since morning..and everytime i want to take a 5 minute nap the phone starts buzzing. its annoying how it never beeps everytime im up and running. mesti kalau kan tidur tu bebunyi. mistiiii tah tu mistiiiiiiiiiii. i’d try and take another 5 minute power nap but i cant be bothered anymore.. ill just sleep later tonite.

as for now..i tink im gonna go to the nearby cafe and have a pot of green tea and gossip.

Just got back from Syuib’s birthday gathering. It was crazy witnessing grown men jumping around on the bouncer like they just turned 12. hahaha. Banar tu Syuib eh..dalam kerita mcm macho skali rupanya balik kerumah main bouncer. hahaha h.i.l.a.r.i.o.u.s. but it was good seeing old friends again. u can never go wrong with good food good company and good karaoke sound system and cd collection. lol. What is it with asians and karaoke ah? back when i was in melbourne i remember out of spontaneity joining a karaoke thing down at this bowling bar..(kamy u remember? lol ) and i found that pure Australians or most westerners only do it for comic relief. Where as we asians, we take on the mic like we’re on some sort of a holy mission. mcm durang nyanyi capi2 tani main control2 suara..main pajak pajak mic. haha they only pajak when they’re drunk..like a skang hahaah (skunk). lol.

its 2Am and i have to wake up early-ish 2mrw to get an early start on baking. i am so tired i cant wait to wrap myself around the doona and just fall in to blissful unconsciousness. but first..i have to brush my teeth wash my face and feet. oh what a chore!!! hahaha. im also thinking as to whether i should switch on the aircon tonite? lol. to tell you honestly, im not a big fan of airconditioning..i sleep with the fan on and during afternoon naps, i nap with my bedroom windows open. haha. Winter cold i can tolerate but aircon-cold.. i can’t. the last time i slept with the aircon on full blast i got sick the next day…hahaha. never again!!! last last buka aircon i’d set the temperature to about 28 degrees. hahaha like what’s the point kan? so yeah, berkipas is the only way to go. kipas lipas huhuhu. kalau kana KIAPKAN lagi siok hahahaa tapi siapa sanggup? i wonder how much it’d cost to pay someone to KIAP you to sleep.. hahaha.

Probably one of the first videos of NEW AGE indonesian singers that i saw in my life (not counting clips of Rano Karno & Lydia Kandau please! i said NEW AGE). Reza’s sexy husky vocals quickly became one of my all time favourites! This is the first single from her first solo album titled – ‘Keajaiban’. Other tracks that made it to my heart from this album are:- Satu Yang Tak Bisa Lepas & Keajaiban . The other albums following the ‘Keajaiban’ were just as good too..if not even better and this was depicted in her recent compilation album titled ‘ The Voicer’ showcasing all of her hit songs through out her music career.

What was a fruitful hour at the gym was spoiled by a mini-seafood fiesta at home courtesy of mommy. I allowed myself to drown in a sea of fish, crabs and prawn that i now feel as if im choking on cholesterol. shit. since when do i care so much about what i put in my mouth anyway? no regrets though. i enjoyed every single moment of it. huhuhu. Just came back from Mats for my daily pot of green tea, with the sisters. We rarely go out together anymore that i forgot how fun it is to just chill out with Mollz and Kelz. And after all these years, Molly still gets bullied. hahaha.

She surprised us with an ALUMINUM coin pouch she took out from her bag and it set off an endless stream of ALUMINUM COIN POUCH JOKES. huhuhu. yo. silau wah yo. hahahaha.

its only six am. suddenly have this urge to wake up early to go to the gym.. Radz just txtd too. lol i guess im not the only one awake at this ungodly hour! Most probably meeting her up for korean bulgogi later for lunch. Which seems like ageeeees away. Finally giving the Pines Restaurant a try after so long! Went to checkout the place last night and i was impressed by how the tables were fitted with bbq hot plates! mcm hey! a real korean bbq place!!!!so i tot i’d go back again later to try out the food.

its friday. been back for almost a week now. everyone i know is planning a trip out of brunei over the long haj wknd. A couple of my friends are going to KK. though, id love to go..but ill probably save it for spontaneity! im done PLANNING remember? lol. the trip to KK would also depend on ‘if daddy says yes’. lol. My dad and bushu were having a discussion over tea yesterday and my dad was saying something about not being able to get mad at his children anymore cause we are all grown up now.. haha

Im currently reading Sophie Kinsella’s, Twenties girl. just for light reading..running away from all of the seriousness of world politics. anyway, i dont know about you all but there’s just something about Sophie Kinsella’s books.. you tend to fall in love with the characters almost instantly that like a movie, you’d want to finish the book in 2hrs..ahaha but thats the thing right, everytime i finish a kinsella book i’d regret finishing it too quickly.. ’cause ill be like ai abis tia???’ in a good way of course! huhuhuhu and then i’d be contemplatingg reading the book again.. but i never do cause im too lazy. lol. thats the thing, i can watch movies over and over but i dont understand how some people can read a book over and over?? thats just crazy. huhuhu. but cute plang..hahaha one of my cousins does it. dont know if she still does it today.. but its cute. huhuhu. tapi banar jua tu. you pay 20+ some times 30 bucks over for a book only for it to be read ONCE. baik tah balik2 baca.

omg. dont mind me while i sound kiasu hahahahaha so skiranya kau bali buku atu ah $30 skali kau baca 100 kali. hahahahaahahahahaha.. lol.
