Monday again. what keeps you motivated?

Monday has always been an asshole. especially when you’re feeling demotivated and bloated. It only means having to endure another 7 days of having to force to wake yourself up in the morning..and 7 days of looking like you’re carrying a baby kangaroo under your baju kurung (note that this is only cute, if YOU ARE a KANGAROO, are you?).

so what have you monday? 2 weeks ago i was feeling pumped. eyes were wide open by 6am ready for work..now, although i still wake up earlier than usual, i no longer look forward to early morning showers and elaborate-self-made-old-kopi-tiam breakfasts. i just want to go back to sleep! i don’t know what plummeted me here in the first place. wait. i do know. but i can’t say here 😛

but i guess this isn’t something out of the norm. one day you’re motivated, the next day you just feel bloated and sleepy. but how do one get that motivation back though? what triggers it? sitting around waiting for it to happen takes a long time 🙁

time for self help books.
