So i tried my hand at whipping eggs, buying cream of tartar and making stawberry puree to make souffle today. Spent 21 bucks for the ingredients + a box of libra overnight pads. I dont understand why it all cost so much..both the ingredients for the souffle AND the pad. it’s abit ridiculous isn’t it? yes. very. that’s what i thought too.
Slice strawberries and blend to make puree.
Beat white eggs in to marshmallow-like consistency, fold strawberry puree in.
filled the mixture in to little cute pink ramekins and plopped it in to the oven
while in the oven…
out pops the souffle..
sprinkle with kokaina or icing sugar.
serve
it looks good rite??? SO YOU THINK. No idea why i bothered documenting it. Tasted like white eggs. It was disgusting. Its either i did something wrong in the process OR souffles’ are meant to taste eggy. bleugh.
I thought the consistency was a bit wrong so i plopped them in to the oven again. skalinya. doi. sama jua nya. yucks.
