Friday. I’m tired. was at rtb the whole afternoon and evening yesterday. Finally got to see them rehearse. Aziz is in for major competition handal2 kanak kanak ani menyanyi. there was this 8 year old girl who didnt sound like she was 8. And sorry. Itu Bintang kecil rupanya bukannya hari Saturday tapi hari Sunday.

im bored. this holiday has been somewhat different from the others. I know that every holiday its alway different, but this one.. it has been very very very different. Or it could just be that i’ve been in brunei for too long that i’m getting sick of it. maybe. BUkannya sick apa. This holiday has been a real opener. Firstly, i realise how vital money and power can be and its repercussions. and when you think about it, it’s really sickening. ok la , I’d rather not continue, unlike some people *ROLLS EYES BERABIS* , “controversial” isn’t really my middle name. Basicly in short this holiday has tested my patience in so many ways. So, im just gonna have to block everything out by keeping myself busy by doing my own thing, in my own world, at my own pace – SIMS 2. awu jantah ku dicari. main SIMS 2 saja ku ni sampai ku balik. malas ku kan melayan palui urang.

Nothing planned for today. Maybe i should call azimah and ask her what she’s up to.Apart from Bushu, I havent been keeping in contact with my relatives since ive started work. Sibok inda jua. Ntah. I guess its back to how i hold on to my Sundays and Fridays like a box of fererro rocher kali. mcm.. usulnya banyak tapi .. skajap abis pasal nyaman. hahaha. Kel’s coming back on Sunday. just kidding. hahahaha. craving for duck rice. i read somewhere in BIG yesterday that there’s a restaurant somewhere in Batu besurat that specializes in duck rice. siasapun eh. At the same time, i’m also craving for my mango chicken rice from happy dean.. siasapun lagi. Pagi pagi ani, the only that comes to mind is fooooooooooooooooooood. I can’t wait till 10am to go down to the canteen to indulge in a basket of tumpi with their delicious beef curry. yes. you can say that i’ve adapted well to do working environment. its shocking!!

Skipping work this afternoon to bring Aziz to the Bintang Kecil Rehearsals. the BIG day is this coming saturday people.. No tickets are being sold so come early to book your seats. Due to work and the limited number of times that these kids are allowed to rehearse ,i have not the slightest clue as to what kind of competition aziz will be facing. Although, according to Babu all the kids this time around have amazing voices. we shall see now shall we?

Aziz will be singing a song sang by (sing song sang) Fauziah Latif during her post SKII days. He initially chose Jamal Abdillah’s Penghujung Rindu tapi inda kana suruh uleh the officials pasal atu pasal “cinta” (bliak. boring jua eh. bliak bliak) so yeah he’ll be singing Fauziah Latif’s – Sebutir Pasir. Yes it’s a girl’s song and no my brother is not a girl. huhu.

My hair’s nicely blow dried today. Had it done before goin to sleep last night, woke up with lots and lots of volume!Just how i like it. I justtt loveeee the word “volume” when it comes to hair. Think French vixen – Bridgette Bardot. I’d spray some stronghold hairspray on it to make it look poofier..but i don’t want to risk having to go through tangled hair strand by strand. apa? kaupikir SANANG kah kan be hairspray ani?

I was just thinking of a place to go for lunch. I’ve spent quite a huge amount of money since ive started work. I can spend about $20 in a day just on lunch and drinks. Which is oh so the very lah ridiculous soetimes, when i think about it. Skali..minyak lagi. I drive on diesel.. $15 for a full tank .not bad. but if ithink about it lagi.. $15 will only last me 4-5 days. and then there’s my internet connection here. I’ve probably spent another $50 on internet alone this month. GILA YO. Yes. people. THIS POST IS COSTING ME.

Vintage Rose – Lamb + Gravy (request for mushrooms to be added in to the existing lamb gravy), Chicken Chop w Mushroom, Fish Au Gratin, some say the Ox Tail is nice too but ive never had any.
Lee Loi Fatt – I’ve ust recently discovered this place. What to have? hmm.. Rojak , Fried Chicken and the Cincau Susu.
Happy Dean: Mango Chicken Rice – Isi dada. $3.50 for an extra plate of chicken. (it used to be $2)
TPH:- Buttermilk chicken (:P) Honey feesh (fish).
The popcorn at Kiulap Mall.
The Pastas at Manjaro ,the wok-woks ,the grilled lamb for dinner is nice as well. big fat chunks of lamb cutlets just for moi. (whoever trims the fats on my cutlets DIE).

SOTO BABU at Sungai Akar. Run by my old school mate wafiey and the parents,they server the best soto hatibuyah and the best stirfried-Belutak. Unfortunately they only open from Six to Ten in the EVENING.

Another day without anything of significance to post about. I had the fried chick from loi fatt again. And i’m now as sleepy as Hari after munching down a container of kitty food (sebenarnya kucing ku ani BABI). as my maids at home would call it; “Keruuuupuk si Harrri“. Come to think of it. Dry cat food is KERUPUK. so why don’t they just call it Kerupuk kucing? konflek kucing kah? huhuhu.

..oh. inda. bad idea. krg org pikir ya kerupuk PERISA kucing. Take Kerupuk Ikan for example. It’s definitely not fish food. and Kerupuk Ayam’s not really chicken food.. huhu. nevermind. just me and my stupid questions. huhu. Scanned the kadai q. next door to Loi fatt for a packet of my favourite cookies. I was only, recently, reminded of my favourite cookies; Julies. Awu bah yang peanut butter sandwish atu bah.. (sandwish)! Long before Oreos, Tiger made their appearence, they were Lucky, Julie’s, Mary and Jacobs. Which are “Anak Kampung’s” biscuits in my books. Unlike Sugarbun, these cookies still taste the same like they did more than 10 years ago! baru ya!!

It’s raining hence Brunei’s alot cooler this morning. I enjoyed driving to work with my windows slightly open. And NO TRAFFIC too!! Chu Ling just pointed out to me that School Holiday have started. Which means i’m not going anywhere near the mall, centerpoint, komunis , mcdonalds or anywhere around the gadong vicinity for that matter. These days, I cant bare the sight of heavy traffic. Trafficjams puts me in a bad mood exsp when there’s a long line of cars baring the same yellow tags infront of me…atu lagi tia. rasa ku kan langgar semua. My dad once said jokingly “aku kan membali truck ni krg, sanang ku melanggar langgar urang”. awu BANAR. bali tia truck ah. AKU PUN kan ikut melanggar langgar urang di jalan atu. exsp yang di paham yang..

Its been a fruitful Sunday. Went to Happy Dean to have my first plate of Mango Chicken Rice since i got back. They were out of it for a while but thanks for mangoes being in season again i can have it every day till i go back. Oh the JOY! Finally saw The Pirates of Carribean..it was so-so. Am not a big fan of Keira Knightley. But seeing that Johnny Depp is my boyfriend and Orlando Bloom and i had a love child together.. i just had to go and see it. Have i ever told you that Kel once saw Geoffery Rush on the train? Apparently he trams and trains alot in Melbourne. Baru ya ‘old-man’ next door. hahahaha. Pirates Of Carribean was a waste of time la compared to Oceans 13. I’m still over the moon about the movie. Some liked it some didn’t. I liked it and thats all that matters. George clooney & Siti forever.

Work tommorow. Nothing planned afterwards. Ive been itching to play squash but sadly no kaki. but not to worry, Kel’s going to be back soon. So a squashing and a mango chickening rice-ing we will go.

I’ve finished my report and i should really damn well be partying. My way of celebrating was by meeting up with George Clooney. OCEANS 13 was grrrrrrreeeat. As usual. Although in my opinion Oceans 11 was slightly better than both 12 and 13 ..and Oceans 13 is better than oceans 12.. but they’re all worth watching. However, if you ask the guy who slept through out the movie..i bet he’d say ‘ntah, nyaman tidur ku..palauku’ atau pun, tapuk malu..’inda, inda ku suka ni cerita cemani ani ni sebenarnya’. I can’t blame him for sleeping though, the story moves really fast and if you happen to not be concentrating on a scene..habislah it’ll kinda ruin the momentum for you. Mcm Oceans 12, when i first caught it at the movies i hated it because i came half an hour late and didn’t manage to catch what the plot was about. I have to catch both movies 12 and 13 at least twice to really understand what’s going on. Batah lagi ni menunggu dvd 9 copy. but yeah. IT WAS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD. Aku bagi 5 star sama aku tulis sana “EXCELLENT!” “Keep it up!”

on another note, where was Julia Roberts??? i’ve got nothing planned for the whole day..and i love the fact that i dont have anything planned for the whole day, with an un-planned whole day i can pretty much sleep as long as i want, sleep as long as i want and sleep as long as i want. But my eyes are being a nuisance. On the days that i have work, it’d be really hard for me to wake up, on the days that i DONT have work, i can wake up as early as SIX and not complain. I guess its a psychological thing.

Imagine having to pay $5 for watermelon juice that tastes like a glass of water that just had watermelon juice poured out of it. and you’ll be like sitting there , going…. “Nyaman lagi amah ku membuat”. Bruneian for “Rip off” ataupun “TANTU KU MINUM DARI CAWAN YANG MASIH ADA RASA SABUN NI!” . Ada yang nyaman atu Mahal banar tia.. yang nyaman atu sometimes boring seats nya inda brapa comfy..or it could also be because there’s alot of people we dont like that hangs out there. mcm..oi bagi chan lah arah urang yang inda suka kamu ani DUDUK.. mcm..take your pearl milk tea, go home and GET A JOB ALREADY. aTAUPUN tampat atu kana serbu oleh:-
