GAH. i have a headache. and i have yet to bake 40 trays of brownies.. another 10 trays of white chocolate blondies and a hundred something of portuguese egg tarts for tommorrow. Oh Ramadan how i’ve missed you!

this is The Cakery’s second year of production. I’m not sure if the business has grown but i know my menu has. Last year, around this time i only had about 4-5 types of Brownies for Sale..now i have.. THIRTEEN-ish. haha. who would’ve thunk that i was a baker???? 4 years ago i would’ve had a heart attack hearing the words BAKE & CAKE used in the same sentence. I should really start keeping a record of my business data. but where’s the fun in that? i started this business out of the love of chocolate, the shocking fact that i could bake and my love for bags, shoes and chunky jewelery 🙂 and that’s just how it should be. at least for now.

anyway ill post again later. just tot i’d write up a quick one before i get stuck with a rolling pin and a bowl of pastry dough for the rest of the night

just got back home. i did 5km in half an hour today. something to be proud of. i think. i just realised a little less WALKING and Slacking off and a little more running would get you a long way…(in a-little-less time) hahahaaha.

anyway. nothing much. im watching Blood Sweat and Take Aways on AFC. and i’m pretty pooped.

Guess who’s not missing a G? syazy’s not missing a G! remember how my laptop was barigali and all? with brownie stains a missing G and then recently a cracked LCD? i’ve got that sorted out. Albeit by force, i’ve upgraded from my 07 Macbook.. to something more 2010. i’m finally on the macbook pro ya’ll.

with a screen so huge i might just go blind at the next fullstop. *pakai kaca mata hitam*
now i’m just concerned on how i’m going to be lugging this thing around during meetings. its pretty huge ass. i even had trouble carrying it in my work bag tadi. by the end of the working day i had resorted to taking it home with me in a duffel bag. maybe i should’ve gotten myself the 13inch one instead. maybe.
