sometimes you need a rude awakening to know that you aren’t actually all that. it hurts.

those who think you can achieve everything in life, you are more beautiful or the most handsomest thing alive (even if you’re not), the most smartest (even if you’re not), the type who can do absolutely nothing wrong (even if you can) probably consists of only a small group of people who will love you despite your idiosyncrasies. Sometimes this group of people is limited to one person.

When you have people like this around you, make sure to keep them close. Believe me, you will need them the moment the world around you sees you for what you are…….’nothing out of the ordinary’.
