ngaleh ku. and im craving for strawberry souffles. of all things. buleh kah souffle. im currently contemplating whether i should make it.. the recipe uses egg whites from six eggs. macam sayang jua tu anam biji. and plus everyone knows that i can’t bake. It’ll be a waste if my souffle doesn’t rise up like it should or worse yet doesn’t rise up at all. my hands just arent made for baking.
classes only at six. and i have lots of time to kill. i refuse to go back to sleep infear that it’ll wake up in the middle of the day too tired to go to my classes, i dont get to go at all. so now. im left with two choices. either make this souffle orrrrrrr…….. *yawn* *looks at the bed* … inda inda..not going back to sleep.. orrr… *looks at the bed*….

You can always half the recipe. Pakai 3 eggs saja. 😀

LOL no problem. i meant half the recipe not the eggs saja.. so that use 3 eggs instead of 6, 1/2 cup sugar instead of 1 cup. half everything. the proportion still okay.. but u just making a smaller serving. 🙂
