Spent the day in Miri with Angah Binz and Angah Lakz. Aside from stopping to eat every 1 milli second..I can’t really recall what else i did there…i think i might’ve even ROLLED all the way home. Oh well, it’ll come back to me tommorow.
as for now, i need to catch up on much needed sleep..
kiss me.
PS:asal jumpa kana label asal jumpa kana label. It really makes me think twice of who my real friends are. kalau ku kan LABEL kau bah, banyak kan ku LABEL.. mcm BULLY, HYPOCRITE.. etc,etc..tapi aku ani nda penyampai hati.
My heartiest congratulations goes out to a very good friend of mine, Beejay on his graduation. Beejay, i dont know when i will be seeing you again , but walauapapun, KAU MEMANG dan tetap THE BOMB. huhuhuhu.
i love you many many in this whole wide world.

my sisters and i are proud of you.
with love,
Your meowing friend,
Siti
Today, i played squash and bought food for my kittens. Mom still buys Hari, whiskers but Smart Hearts does the job the same only cheaper. huhu. I just woke up from my afternoon nap. I had asked the helper to wake me up at 4 which i thought was a decent time to bngun.. too bad she didn’t come with a snooze button cause it took me awhile to get up Mustve been the rice i had for lunch. rice. is. mean. you can’t have more than a few spoonfuls for lunch kalau inda TIDUR tu jadinya.
Right now im contemplating whether to work out on the DDR or spend the next 15 minutes with my tummy jiggling at the expense of an exercise belt. huhuhu. babu ku bali u-zap kali ah. ya ckp it works so i’m giving it the benefit of the doubt. I don’t understand how these things work but its fun to use!
………………………………………………………………………
DDR it is..
kiss me.
read what people are saying HERE & HERE. most of them came up with good stuff. So ok,. It’s good to know that i’m not the only one with issues.Clearly something needs to be done..and it’s something along the lines of ‘Maju bangsa untuk negara’. maju utak.
anyway, in other news, i finally picked up my blog nation prize, in the shape of an eco-friendly goody bag off Marul at Simpur. It must be a while since i won something cause i was excited to the bone to receive:-
-a $20 easi recharge card
– an easi starter pack (which i have no idea what i’m going to do with it..as of yet)
-a very stylish simpur coffee mug
– a face towel, which im going to use for squash.
– a mug
– an optical mouse, which would come in handy for Sims. mouse ku semua rusak sudah.
-orchid garden vouchers
but.. the icing on the cake would be the SIMPUR USB PEN DRIVE.
.
believe it or not, ive never actually owned one. awu membarigali ah? so all this while, ive been sending all my work to my email for backup. lol. I couldn’t be bothered buying one cause for some reason..i’ve always wanted to win one. mcm tau saja aku atu kan manang pendrive. The other day , at the bruoz bbq, they had a usb pendrive up for grabs for the lucky draw.. totally missed my chance on that one.. but yeah the pendrive couldn’t possibly come at a better time…and for that i thank you simpur. Like a proud owner, i will now have the novelty of having a pendrive hung around my neck i…haha and like the cool people at school,i am no longer deprived of saying this :-
“i left my PENDRIVE at home”.
B-T-W, the person who said the prizes weren’t all that should be shot. oh and that person should also be shot for saying this out loud (infront of twenty something bloggers): “YOU AH, MOST OF THE TIME I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU’RE BLOGGING ABOUT”.
eh. how can u say that. u make me lose my water face.
YOU AH..seriously, i dont know what to say ah.. WHAT TALK YOU?
kiss me.
I wasn’t implying that all Malaysians are assholes in my last post. Only some. But PEOPLE in general can be assholes. It’s not just that one malaysian squash coach who’s been giving me attitude about not graduating with honours but i’ve been getting the same comments by a handful of people here too..but not as BAD lah. Yang Squash coach atu GILA tu.
“i get that alot. that honours thing. itโs ridiculous! ingat our degree ani one day process kah?!?” to quote what Nadd commented on my last post.
Australia works differently from other countries. I’m so sick of explaining (kan muntah ku sudah) but anyway here goes, UNLIKE UK our honours arent given to us on a silver platter.. we in australia have to do another extra year if we want to get our honours (thats another year on top of 3 years or 4 years depends on what course). This is why most students would rather go straight to their masters rather than wasting another whole year on their honours. So this is usually the case.
-if you know you’re not going to get FIRST CLASS HONOURS then, you might as well do your masters.. kalau dpt 2nd class 3rd class honours from where i study, it’s really nothing. malu plang urang bah kalau buat honours inda dpt 1st class, so drpd malu. baik buat masters.
– if you dont want to waste more time STUDYING (lets be honest, who does?) you might as well do your masters.
– belajar ani beguna DUIT. another year of honours means another year of DUIT. go figure.
an australian degree is an australian degree , a UK degree is a UK degree..a MALAYSIAN degree is a Malaysian Degree..so shut up people. jangantah kan di compare2…and we’ll just see who among these people will rise to the top. mcm america’s next top model…and i hope its not the malaysian. LOL.
WANNA BE ON TOP.
ewifhewiufheiqfh
kiss me.
There’s this Malaysian squash coach at the stadium who has been a nuisance. Everytime i see him he’d somehow manage to piss me off. the other day at squash he had asked me what i was doing now and i said masters and he asked me wht i got for my honours. and i told him australian degrees dont come with honours..well this is how it went down lah lapas atu:-
Him: YEAH? Thats not good enough??
I was tekajut by what he said and went:
Me: Eh, that’s not very nice.
to which he just stared me. pasalnya, inda kan ya ganya mulutnya beracun. i was merely stating the obvious.
and then he continued by saying
“in Malaysia, it’d be hard to find a job without honours”
i replied by saying ” Most of my Malaysian friends in Melbourne didnt have a problem pun, some of them even managed to find work in SINGAPORE with KPMG, ERNST & YOUNG etc etc”
and then he said ” So, if you get a degree in australia.. without honours what’s that like then? a DIPLOMA”
my head was ringing “PUKIMA, what is it to you anyway”? at that point i shouldve said it to his stupid face.
but i didnt..pasal aku inda kurang ajar, aku tau MANNERS..i have class and told him ‘a degree is a degree”
to which he said “Tapi takde honours??” (ku tampar krg babi MALAYSIE ani)
“still, without honours lah!” and left to buy water.
mcm he was being presistent bah. mcm slagi i dont want to admit that my degree is NOTHING slagi atu ya inda diam.asshole banar. mcm dude i didnt spend 8 years in melbourne for nothing.
this is not the first time plang ya kurang ajar cemani ani. he likes to belittle bruneians bah. mcm the other dayy he was telling me that bruneian kids are SPOILT and they dont know the value of money, he was saying that kids in malaysia are working their ass off to get pocket money.. and im like “ya kan? what about those malaysians who party from FRIDAY to TUESDAY in melbourne? the ones who spend their allowances on DJ SETS,COKE, Pills & Meth?”
paloi. this guy likes to make generalizations like that. Hello??? WITHOUT PROPER GUIDANCE, all kids would be SPOILT & MISGUIDED. jangantah bruneians, malaysians..even ANIMALS.
this is not my first encounter with a rude malaysian/foreigner. kdg2 u wonder what u ever did to them for you to be treated like shit, exsp on the first meet. ganya u always hold back your words pasal, what these people don’t know, ITS JUST NOT NICE TO VERBALLY ATTACK ORANG TARUS TARUS exsp a foreigner. I know respect and i SHOW respect whenever i can! but anyway, he coaches teens squash at the stadium cemana kah ya mengcoach? tau tau confidence levels anak brunei tani yang main squash atu pun ANCUR sudah uleh this man. banar.
i dont get him. if he hates brunei so much? why can’t he just pack up and leave!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!?
u know how some people, dapan dapan manis? tapi sudah becakap jahat? ah he’s that kind of man. he likes to sugarcoat things tapi sebenarnya whatever’s coming out of his mouth atu is an INSULT.
stupid. kenapa ada org cemani ani in the world kan??? they should come with an automatic penampar-muka-sendiri device.
5 to twelve and it’s almost bed time but i thought i’d indulge my sisters in melbourne and readers with more photos from the new year celebration at our place. Nothing delirious lah, it was pretty innocent, no one got trashed and lost their mobile phones AND their way home or anything like that.
The quality of the photos are poop.My camera doesn’t seem to work well at night. need.a.tripod.
family from both sides of the family joined us in to the new year.
Uncle Habry was one of the first ones to hit the karaoke station. The tv was placed across the pool so no one could really read properly. lol. Siapa yang inda tau lyrics by heart..well..it was their problem. lol. sampai2 migraine bah kan membaca lirik ah. lol.
Uncle Habry & Aunty Azi

I was introducing the boy to the driver.
Saya: Mani, ini kawan saya.
Mani: oh. siapa nama?
Addi: Addi.
Mani: OOOh. ok. SAYA NAMA MANI.

The Uncle & Aunties with Cousin showing off their pearly whites.

ok. i think this was taken during a popular dangdut number. we had dangdut fans controlling the sound system with disco lights & everything, but sadly, no sheila majid …but we still managed to PARTY ON.

There was a DDR (its dance, dance revolution BITCH) competition running upstairs which was organised by Tharwana. Nurul (the girl in pink) lost to the Ibnu (the boy) making him the last MAN..err..man-boy STANDING.

Ajis with his mouth full..BILA JUA INDA? haha you shoudve seen him on the first day of school LOL. he came back to the house with shorter hair mcm bepapat. lol. mcm anak iban.
bck outside, Girls and Boy ..singing to..i can’t remember. another poop photo.

i like this photo. I didnt realise Ibnu was in it (and the only one smiling) until i uploaded it on to my computer. lol.

hahaha the confetti (sponsored by my bushu jibah) was festive but i bet Mani was swearing his ass off whilst trying to clean it the next morning.

My dad decided to push the two boys in to the pool and they were later joined by my other cousins AND THARWANA who jumped in with her TUDONG and everything!! lol.
it was an eventful night. everyone seemed to have had lots of fun. i have more pictures to post up plang tapi they are all of poop quality. jadinya mcm..pedah kan. huhu.
saya nama Monroe,
kiss me.
On the 1st of December, i made my melbourne girls a roast lamb lunch.

Si Maya bepikir time nya memutung lamb ah. LOL.
Then, we headed down to realto towers and i got to see a 360 view of Melbourne for the first time.
On the 3rd, While i was sleeping, i heard burping outside the window and also loud music playing. Turns out it was just the average-noisy-full-on ozzy window cleanersssssssssss. They even left a ciggarette butt behind. paloi. bushuk punya olannng.

by the time i wanted to take a picture they were already burping and cleaning their way down to the 21st floor.
On the 5th i had visitors over at my place. I got to meet his boys. And they were charming little things. huhuhu.
His wife made Cucur udang that reminded us of home sweet home..

and the family also bought Amal Taro Cake as an advanced bday present.
The 6th, was special. Surprised Amal with another cake at the bbq area. She’s turned 21 and is now legal in Singapore, America and any other countries where 21 is the age limit to play in the casino. Ujai, Siti Don, Kel , Muneerah & Maya helped with the preparations.
On the 8th, HE called us over to his place for Pasta and this was the day that i discovered GUITAR HERO.

Party-Guitar-Hero-People!!!!!!
awu brabis kami main sampai keluar rambut palsu. lol.
Went to Maya’s RMIT graduation on the 12th and it was probably world’s biggest graduation day ever. It was held at telstra dome where 5000 RMIT students graduated. The Chancellors and “friends” were even seated on a rotating stage in the middle of the field and they were stages placed around the dome where students received their certificates.

Kel outside. on the phone with Molly trying to find out where they were seated.

we are standing ON telstra dome baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We even got to step our feet on to the field!!!!!! On a normal day, this isn’t allowed so i guess it was a one-time experience. huhuhuhu.
Coincidentally, Natalie Choot’s bestfriend Ching EE also graduated, It was nice to see Nat Choot there.. unfortunately it was also the last time i got to see her. She’s gone back for good..and i didn’t get to catch up with her for coffee before i left melbourne.
Nat i’m going to miss you.
On the 18th, i left for Brunei.
and i was in time for the Bru Oz Icebreaker gathering at pantai Muara..
I got to see adult men fussing over balloons and where it should go and how it should be tied down on the ground.
I got to be a futsal commentator. LOL. which did not go very well i tell you. this was also the day i got sunburnt. I was at the pantai from 10am to 6pm.

Fauzi with pretty little twirly things.
On the 24th, I took a pic of Hari breastfeeding her kittens: Shyguy, Moogie, Mary, Black (?) im not too sure with the names. Pasal they keep on changing!
the same day, we had a bbq for Tharwana’s friends. Guess who helped out?

Mr Din was there to help Mr Mani out.

Mom and her sisters and my cousins.
Sunday the 30th came and my aunty got hitched to her brother. aku sodara sama putri8. huhuhuhu. ๐
in the afternoon, i went to Mimi’s engagement to Mirus.
haha it was a very very fruitful December. i think overall it has been a very fruitful year too. Had a bbq on the last day of 2007 and celebrated through to the new year with family and the boy. so it was all good. huhuhu. will upload photos of our family gathering soon!!
