Corica idaman ku selalu!!

Nawa surprised me with Apple Strudel last night. Nahil, the brother is moving here from Perth he arrived melbourne last night with my favourite brand of Apple Studel. This is probably the best Apple Strudel in the Apple Strudel planet. Can’t get them anywhere but Perth so we usually either have friends pre-order them for us or have bestfriends like Nawa , Nadia and Nahil to bring it down from Perth.

I notice that the ones that we preorder, by the time it gets to us they are usually already a few days old. But this one Nahil brought still looks like it just got out of the oven. The glaze on top is still intact and is still of a transparent consistency. You’d know that a strudel is OLD if the glaze starts turning white and flaky but this one is BEAUTIFUL. huhuhu. I know Bapa would enjoy this with his afternoon coffee.

Is it normal to lose inches first before the pounds? i can’t remember. The last time i played squash (intensively), the pounds just melted right off. It seems to be taking a little bit longer for me to lose weight with yoga which is hard to believe when you’re sweating like a pakapaka, but my waist is definitely smaller and my ass too ..err and my legs. which is nothing exciting as i already have small legs and ass to begin with. doo dee doo dee doo..

i just woke up. and its just a little bit pass one. going to the DFO later with nadia. need to find yoga mats. we’ve been hiring yoga mats ever since we started bikram. Its only a dollar. but still. if i start going for bikram every day for a month that’d be 30 bucks. baik tah ku membali yoga mat sendiri and save the other.. 10 bucks for something else. like NANDOS. huhuhu.

Ive been going for yoga for 4 days now..i’m slowly getting there but not quite there yet. does anyone know if its okay to sleep after morning excercise? cause thats what ive been doing.

-i wake up at 5:30am
– Drive down with Nad to SOuth Melbourne at 5:45am
– Yoga from 6 – 7:30am
– come home, take a shower.
– sleep.

sampaiiiiiiiiiiiiii kul 12 tangahari. well today i tried to wake up earlier. its just pass 11 now. looking at my bed i feel like going back to sleep. its so nice and cold outside a nice break from the heat. tapi kalau ku inda tidur behapa jua ku????? there’s absolutely nothing to do between 8am and bedtime.i tried applying for work..havent had any luck in that department yet.

i’m back to playing sims again. tapi malar te crash ah. sasakku. asal sims ku kawin crash tia. asal kawin crash. is that suppose to mean something kah? lol. does it reflect on how marriages in real life are supposed to be? marriages CRASH. huhuhu.

I’m thinking of walking to vic market today. i’d reckon it’d be a nice walk too.. pasal kalau sajuk sajuk nada latzzzzzzz (lalat) . OH! and whatever happened to nauli. i havent seen her since the start of the week. nada bebunyi bah indon ah. i think i should call her.

im just throwing out random thoughts today. My mind’s gone blank since ive finished my exams. I guess that’s how it is supposed to be. oh btw. I just got the 15,000 word thesis i was doing in the mail. I scored a distinction for it. huhu not too bad for last minute work. I am now confident that i’ve passed one subject.. and ive got another 3 to go. BILA KAN KELUAR RESULTS KU ANIE??? but yeah i’m really hoping that i pass everything. I’ve never worked this hard in my entire life of school and i really hate to see my efforts gone to waste.. *sigh*.

ADA ORG ATU BEUTANG AKU KIPAS.

Another day of Bikrem. I thought i did better yesterday than i did today. We went for the 6am class this morning.. i think it was due to the fact that i was tossing and turning on the couch in my sleep kali. PANAS AHHHHHHHHHHH. kusut ku. KIPAS KU LAGI RUSAK.. ada orang atu be utang aku KIPAS. huhuhu. anyway, yea. my lack of sleep probably effected my performance in yoga today. lol. another thing was that everytime i bent down to ikut any of the poses..my legs my arms apa semuanya BEBUNYI. lol. it got to a point where i was so embarassed of my whole body CRACKING that i stopped and just lied down.

Melbourne’s heating up and flies are in abundance. GALIKU. mcm kan bejalan pun ku inda sanggup pasal belalat!!!!

lol. i complain about the flies every other summer. tapi banar. the flies here they stick to your face..making you look like a walking ad for UNICEF. It’s so unbearable that we usually give up walking and hitch a tram to go the city. It just gets too much for me to handle. huhu. The heat i can stand, but the flies..oh.. the flies. i feel like getting one of those hats yang tarus ada NET?

WHy are there so many flies here ah? di brunei Panas jua. nda jua banyak lalat. jangan saja kamu be raban ayam blakang rumah kamu..atu banar tu. banyak tu lalat..(speaking from experience) huhu. but usually..jarang pun. Are the streets of melbourne sebenarnya really2 kutur kah?

I’m so missing winter now.

ive got nothing planned out today. Tennis has been canceled. I’m not sure if im meeting up with Gracia for drinks anymore.

Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga, also known as Hot Yoga, is a style of yoga developed by Bikram Choudhury and a Los Angeles, California based company[1]. Bikram Yoga is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F (40.5°C) with a humidity of 40%. Classes are guided by specific dialogue including 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Classes last approximately 90-minutes. People of all levels, ages and body types practice and start together as this is a beginning yoga class.

Nad called this afternoon to check if i wanted to join her for a $19 introduction yoga for 7 consecutive days. I was reluctant at first as i wasn’t sure how someone could lose weight doing yoga. I tried it before and was dissapointed how i wasn’t able to sweat as much as i did when doing a more extensive work out. but since it was only 19 bucks i thought id give it ago. and i loved loved loved loved loved every single SWEATING moment of it. The session was overwhelming at first cause the room was sooo hot but it was all worth it in the end.

Funny its called BIKRAM. lol. its as if mcm one day two indian men were doing excercises in a sauna and thought it’d be a good idea to do yoga in a very hot room.

Man 1 *giling* *gilig* : EYYY ANCHIT!!! U know BUDDY, THIS IS A JOLLY GOOD IDEA!!! WHY DONT WE PRACTISE YOGA IN A SAUNA and call it Beeekkkrem.

I lost another two gold coins in the park whilst jogging.. thats 4 dollars!!!!!!!!!! arghhhh. KAYA BAH PARK URANG ANI ULEH KU. Earlier on, I had 20 bucks cash in hand and secured it around the GATAH of my leggings..(more like cash around waist huhu..) but when i got to the door i saw 2 gold coins on the dining table and took them and left the 20 bucks on the table. ok this was ME in my HEAD;-


“eh baik ku bawa coin. kalau masuk pocket. nda tekeluar. pasal ya barat..”
*took out the 20dollars from leggings*

“Awu. banar tu. kalau coins ani tekeluar pun i’d hear them kachinging to the ground..awu bagus bagus idea mu ani..” *took the 2, 2-dollar coins*

“awu..kalau ilang pun..$4 jua saja..bukannya 20 ringgit..bagus bagus..pandai kau ani” *pats right hand side pocket of jacket and walked out the door*

Skalinya, i was on my way back from jogging, singgah arah kadai juice ani.. skali.. ku salok salok pocket ku, ku salok salok skalinya ehhhhhhhh MANA DUIT KU!?!?!?!? Turns out they did DROPPED OUT OF MY POCKET during my run!!

Thank god Nad was there to spare me the two bucks i needed.

sasakkuuuuuuu ive lost $14 on NOTHING. Apparently, when it comes to me the PARK HAS AN ENTRY CHARGE. Nad was also sweet enough to make me a log book for me to jot down the excercises and meals that i have on a daily basis. huhuhu. Under *Notes i’d probably write:-

I just got back from my jog at the park. This morning, i found a 10 dollar note in the pocket of my running jacket. Mind you i havent worn the jacket for 3 years, so i thought i was lucky lah. Lucky my foot. by the time i finished my run, i have lost the ten dollars. probably dropped it somewhere. sasakkue. i was planning not to spend anything today.. but my run had cost me $10. 🙁 🙁 🙁

to the person who found my 10 dollars. Have fun spending it. If i were you i’d spend it on a Large Sized, Carrots & Celery & Orange juice from the lane just parallel to the park. asshole.
