What can you eat in 300 calories or less.

I have almost reached by 1200 calorie / day limit and i’ve only got less than 300 calories to spare for dinner. it may be a lot less due to the number of kueh mor i’ve just consumed in the last 30 secs but my brain’s saying they dont count..because they were smaller than the normal kueh mor ..so i only technically had 2 pieces. if i were to count the coating as ‘dust’ instead of icing sugar.. well, then im entitled to at least 10 more.

payah jua kan diet ani. i lost the weight easily when i was in korea. without even TRYING. perhaps being around stick thin females were a good thing after all!?

it takes alot out of a person to go on a healthy diet here in Brunei exsp when there’s an ayam penyet or a roti john at every single turn you make. :S baik jua express sg tilong atu tutup sudah. telipunnya pun disconnected. so i cannot call in for delivery.

having gained at least 8kgs since i got back from korea… which has almost been 7 months ago.. i am now very determined to lose it. so determined that i’ve even signed up for kross pit get pit.

i still cannot believe it took me this long to finally do something about it. it’s not that i didnt try. but something always comes in the way of me and being a size 8-10 again…like ..oh i dont know, work?

but i can’t keep on blaming work for it. it’s not like i’m going to quit anytime soon kan? which is why i’m going to have to be more disciplined.
