Aside from Hazelnut & Almonds i have also introduced (Reeses) Peanut Butter Cups. so now u can have the basic plain brownie with either nuts or Peanut Butter Cups (PBCs) for $2 extra. The cost for a plain basic brownie is still $15 (despite the fact that im not able to find a cheaper butter supplier) ! lol. So consider me NICE.

Brownie consumption instructions:-
To those who are wondering, my brownies are meant to be consumed right away. If you want a fudgier , richer texture, you could store them in the fridge (this is good cause it stores longer in the fridge!). If you prefer it the way it is then i suggest you store it in an air tight container IN an air-conditioned room and try to finish them in the next 48hrs!!!!!!!!! lol. Jangan saja di jamur di luar..haha ingat udang karing???

Sas Brownies , like all other freshly produced goods are meant to be consumed RIGHT AWAY. kalau siapa tedapat time machine.. well then.. even better. no need to store in the fridge u can always go back in time to have it in its freshest form.. then again, reality bites kan? hahahaha. so calling2 me.. as there will be limited slots this week

Just got back from an awesome night out around gadong with my girlfriend Nadz. No idea how we winded up actually EATING at mcdonalds and walking back to the mall in (the never ending) search of BUTTER. We also managed to buy a really nice top for under $30 at Utama which i think i could get at least $80 for if i sell it on EBAY AUSTRALIA.

So much for “i-dont-really-like-to-be-seen-in-public!” huh?. lol. but all in all im glad we got out of our shell we call Matadoe and see Brunei for a change. Exsp during pay day, cause thats where all the funny shit happens and u can’t help but laugh yourself silly over the lamest things that you come across between Mcdonalds and the Mall punya parking lot.

Many thanks to the people who ordered in Brownies for this week! having ambuyat with the girls and one boy tonight. i can’t wait! huhuu. there’s just something about ambuyat and washing it down with a glass of apple juice +samboi that leaves me all tingling inside! managed to catch Star Trek at the movies lastnight.. it wasss soo goood that if not for the confusing bits, i would have given it a 10 out of 10..ani 9/10 saja. huhuhu. Thank god we had a star trek *coughNERDcough* err.. interpreter to fill us in with the details after the movie. huhu i seriously wouldn’t mind watching it again..

Its 11;30pm. i should really be going to sleep right now as i have to wake up early tommorrow to go to jerudong to bake…but no.. im just still too curious to know which one is Adam and which one is Kris to go to sleep. is kris the cross dresser? or is that adam kah? is adam even his name? oh im sure u know what im talking about! it seems like i’m the only one in Brunei who hasn’t been following this season’s American Idol (or any other of the previous idols for that matter!) everywhere i go? everyone seems to go “SIAPA MANANG SIAPA MANANG??” aku ani mcm..err.. “Hafiz?”. and they’ll be like “Omg i can’t believe Kris won?” or was that Adam? ..rephrase: “i can’t believe X won!”. Its only 10 in the morning and i’ve got a guy nagging me to buy cocoa from the largerst cocoa factory in China. This is not the first time that this Joseph guy has approached me. I’ve already turned down his offer to import ONE TON of cocoa from China. Awu dang buleh ya be bisnes ani minimum 1 ton of cocoa? mun dpt di pakai mandi cocoa atu nda jua mengapa mengudar se-ton ah.

having my morning coffee. i just realised i couldn’t last a day wifout it. Take yesterday for example, by 3 in the afternoon i was already wideeeeee asleep. if i didn’t have to pick up rahiim from school i think i’d be asleep till this morning!!!!! maybe i could also be a little jet lagged from the trip. maybe thats it. im still tired. but coffee still rocks.

Im on way to renew my lesen now. Yesterday i witnessed 4 accidents on the road, one of which i saw a lady squirming in her seat in pain when the front of her car was ran in to carelessly by another driver.
PALOI kah setangah urang ani ah?? YELLOW doesn’t mean go faster!!! maybe the first few seconds of it.. but not when it’s almost turning MERAH. pakai otak bah. to be safe.. just stop when it’s yellow! and i dont understand how some people insist on going at 100 km/h on small kampong roads??? bukan rollercoaster trail tu wang! ingat apa Pusing Lagi? pusing lagi pun nda lagi ada di brunei ani. ya tah plang belabih kan laju2. skulah, masjid apa kiri kanan. mun rollercoaster nya ani melanggar jelama inda MATI inda jua papa.

hello everyone. Sorry i havent been updating. Was busy running around melbourne trying to find time to do what ever i wanted to do. Stopped over in singapore over night before catching a trip down to melbourne on tuesday. arrived around 8pm melbourne time..too knackered to go anywhere. The next day, the Wednesday was dedicated to the graduation ceremony. So technically i only had Thursday and Friday free because we were on our way back to Singapore by Saturday afternoon. I didn’t even have time to take photos!!! Only a few from graduation and my small graduation gathering for close friends at Sawasdee.

Its good to finally have OFFICIALLY graduated. Having finished my masters at the end Of November last year i really thought it would be..well..o-kay to just pack up and leave without going to the ceremony. I’m glad i went to the recent ceremony as it felt somewhat liberating to accept the certificate (that i worked my ass off for) on stage. And of course, there’s closure..i have a feeling that i won’t be going to melbourne anytime soon after this. That chapter of my life has finally closed. Well like they say, when a door closes another one opens. Which is kind of true.

its funny how things can change just in a matter of months. I was in Uni just about 7 months ago and here i am back home selling brownies. Funny that. Same goes to some of my friends in Melbourne.. who were previously working in a different line of work are now finding themselves doing other, bigger, more fabulous things. People can also change in a short span of time. Friendships are made and some are broken.. some are more motivated whilst, the others got lazy.. i guess this is what ‘cest la vie’ really is ah? Having said all this, im curious to know where i will be January of next year.

I have big dreams. But sometimes things just don’t go as they plan. So i guess its best just to sit back, relax and enjoy the ride..however slow, fast or bumpy it turns out to be. Anyway, enough of this emotional talk.. picture time.

My power rangers threw my a surprise graduation get together earlier this evening. But thanks to me playing the role of a psychotic girlfriend, i found out about my surprise early in the week when i saw Nadz message to the boyfriend on his hotmail. Nad nad..banyak lah kau punya ‘i need to getaway..just you and me for the weekend, sorry mel, sorry beejay, sorry jats!’ hahaha kedapatan..rupanya SAPRAIS.

hahaha but whatever..at the end of the day i sort of spoiled it for MYSELF. hahahaha. but the element of surprise was still there when i was handed a collage consisting mostly of my beautiful photos and.. my (lawa lagi aku) beautiful friends. huhuhu. The apron was also a nice touch!!!! so were the balloons..courtesy of Nad!! It made the table alot more festive..fo shiz.. mcm rasanya kami di birthday party ..tp rupanya kami di seafood paradise!!! Molly & Kel also came..but they had a surprise of their own. huhuhu. Kel somehow misread one of the girls’ punya text.. she though the dinner was at the Seafood centre in Sungai Hancing when it’s really the one near Sugar and Spice in kiulap. hahahaha. They were there for about 15 minutes when they finally realized that no one had made any reservations for a gathering there.. haha baik jua inda mengudar. mun mengudar.. awu.. sendiri kamu party katam sana atu. huhuhu.

so anyway, we talked and laughed the night away over chilli crabs, mantau , lobster and coconut!!! after all the food we had, i felt so bloated that instead of going home,i may aswell have made my way to the hospital for an ULTRASOUND hahahahaha. skali liat dalam misin atu.. ada katam minta kipak. huhuhu.

Havent had enough sleep. Went to miri yesterday..and i dont think i slept at all the night before. waking up early and not sleeping at all at nights is making me very grumpy. No seriously. I like it when friends let me borrow their hard drivers overnight so that i could download the oh-so-many tv series that ive missed since coming home to Brunei. I just couldn’t be bothered downloading.. because everyone knows the internet in Brunei isn’t exactly the Schumacher of all internet connections. Nya Bushu nya tadi..”buat buat menunggu Gmail sampat lagi kau keluar, menyasah, minum kupi, besigup behapa!” au banaaa..nda tah lagi inda to ya!

So anyway, baik jua aku ada kawan yang rajin mendownload download. I was looking through her folders.. and came across a few good oldie-teenage movies that ive been wanting to watch for a while now.. like.. Cruel Intentions. Ive been going to komunis every week now thinking that there was something that i wanted to watch.. but everytime im there i won’t be able to remember what i wanted to watch..so i end up buying vcd vcd paloi..like the last time , i dont know HOW but i managed to come with Tipu kanan Tipu Kiri , Cerita melayu #2 sama Cerita melayu #3. i guess they were so bad! i couldnt even remember their titles!

Anyway so yeah.. i wont be able to remember what i wanted to watch…sampai the next time ku kejamban ..boring2..with nothing to read.. BARU TAH KU INGAT.. mcm YES!! THATS WHAT IVE BEEN WANTING TO WATCH ALL THIS WHILE. CRUEL FREAKIN INTENTIONS!!!!!!!!!! yeehaaaaaa. Boring jua ku masa ku di melbourne atu ah??? i actualy kept up with all 5 including Dirty Sexy Money punya series. crazy much. mcm eh aku ani belajar kah.. kan sibuk meliat drama saja? hahaha

I just got back from my aunt’s and i’m very happy with the batch i made today Suprisingly a number of people have came back and asked me if they could have brownies-that-i-made-like-last-saturday…mcm eh? babanar kah? what i thought was disastrous kamu suka? YAYYY. maybe i should keep on selling them and rename them as ‘double fudge brownies’ or something? but not yet la. next time but thanks for the kind words guys!!! i really appreciate it to the moon. kalau tah buleh ku bagi kamu skutak seorang brownie free. nantitah sudah ku jadi brownie millionaire. lol.
