Unlike any other romance movies this one is different as it potrays love in the islamic point of view. Where ‘dating’ involves Taauruf (only meeting up with your bukan boyfriend but Future Husband with your parents/relatives in sight) and indonesian women (playing parts as arab women !?!?) don themselves in purdah and the men are exceptionally ALIM (mama suka ni org alim2). huhuhu. The movie basicly describes LOVE in the truest sense of a BATTLEFIELD. huhuhu. The beautiful cinematography also adds memorable significance to the plot. I cried my heart out and gave it an 8/10.

So Ramli MS turned up in a very pondan Pink Shirt and White seluar to Akademi today. But that’s the least of my problems.
Assignment due on Saturday. Wait. Does this mean that i have to wake up early on a saturday morning just to hand in my assignment kah? cali jua cigu ku ani. maybe thats how things work in Pakistan kali. ? but it’s really odd. the timing and everything. Why set it on the 29th? Unless im reading the due dates wrong.. or is it possible that its been typed wrong? It says in the unit outline ‘ 1st Assignment due by Thursday 29th March’. Which can’t be right. Tarikh Urdu kali????????
29th March according to this year’s calendar falls on a Saturday not a Thursday. 29th March taun lapas awu it fell on a Saturday. inda jua ku kan mengantar TAUN LAPAS kali?????
?????
added:
fucking hell. rupanya due 11hb April. i have 2 more weeks. yang ku sibuk2 kan mengabiskan capat ani mengapa…aaaarrrghh i have a lot on my plate. i shouldve started working on the freaking int. law assignment which is due on the 1st. eh paning ku eh. paning paning. jangan ku dikacau.

Good evening beautiful people.
I have Winehouse’s album Back to Black playing the background. Only after listening to her track ‘Tears Dry on Their Own’ (between doing work and procrastinating today) i realise how good of a music artist she is. I loved her song Rehab, but it didn’t make me love her enough to download the whole album on frostwire (haha) mainly because it was overplayed. which usually happens to good songs. the radio just kills it for everyone. hehe. Prior to today, i didnt even realise she sang jazz. huhuhu.ani nah suka ku plang banar2..*bobs head together with the song sampai inda tebuat keraja*
I can’t really remember the last time i was really in to an album. It might’ve been sometime in 00′ with Andien’s (indonesian jazz singer) debut album. ofcourse this is 10,000x better. huhuhu. although still no better compared to KRU’s FANATIK album circa 1996. i loved that album to its death. huhuhu.
He walks away,
The sun goes down,
He takes the day but I’m grown
And in your way,
In this blue shade
My tears dry on their own
wino. love love love love love.
oh well back to Tibetan Monks running amok. *sigh*

Thanks to Youtube i’ve been able to follow this year’s AF6 closely. Been watching the diaries online as a way of procrastinating from the shitloadsofworkthatihavetodobytheendoftheweekka
mutauakupaningnibuatkerajaahkeutakbahbanyak
lagikankubuatakubukawordskalikutanyadirikusendiri:’kenapayamasihblankpageaniah?’
anyway. I just finished watching the first concert and it sucked big time. I keep on expecting Aznil to come up on the screen. i miss his queer humour. Ac Mizal isn’t as quick as Aznil when it comes to neutralizing comments made by the judges. capi2 bah si ac mizal atu suaranya lagi pandai rubah rubah… i seriously think he should just go back to his old “FIONA” boy band days and stay a one hit wonder until judgment day.
on the subject of Ramli MS. isn’t he just a hottie? huhuhuhuhu. no seriously. He could easily be the next Harrison Ford of malaysia. The Melayu Hans Solo. Hans Tuah!!!! Siti Nurhaliza’s blind to have chosen Datok K over him. huhuhuhu. Is anyone with me?
i doubt it. hahahahahaha.
im hungry. Din made the best chicken cream fettuccine last night..never thought the kid could cook. extremely well too!! To me, anyone who is tekarih enough to buy non-alcoholic white wine as a substitute for the alcoholic one is a CHEF ok? hahahaha
Funny conversation we had during dinner, Din suggested we should take the bottle to the next BYO function we get invited to. hahahahahaha. rasa jua tu ah.

hellu everyone. i can’t believe its monday. the easter weekend came and went!!! We’re still on ‘holidays’ but thanks to assignments i dont think i’d have the pleasure of calling my week off that.
As most of you may have heard. The national day celebration went well. We performed our songs, baked our cakes , decorated , sleep deprived, organised, karaoked and sometimes even marah-marah our way through a successful event!
Despite the success we’re definitely not planning to have another BIG ONE anytime soon. I really never thought committee work was ALOT OF WORK. but am i regretting joining the committee? no not really. exsp when it involves meetings over white chocolate mocha at Max’s. huhu. but anyway on the behalf of BSS MELBOURNE, thank you to those who came. thanks to those who volunteered to participate in our short karaoke session. thanks to people who brought their SLR’s and generously snapped photos through out the event..which reminds me? mana tia gambar2 ah? huhuhu. thanks to those who injected alot of hard work in to the event and help clean out afterwards..huhu they are mainly, Molly, Kamy, Din, Muneerah, Maya, Fauzi, Azhan, Ariff, Morshidi sisters and cousins! thanks all.

im knackered. completely positively exhausted from a long night of Uni. But its ok. the easter holidays are just in the corner. planning to go down to Great Oceans road and catch the ripcurl surfing competition on the way there. but we’ll have to see how things go. exsp when it comes to ohok. budget. ohok. But yeah i thought i’d make the trip down there being my last year and all. I’ve also made a point to make a list of the places id love to go before i leave Melbourne for good.
- Great Oceans Road
- Phillip Island
- Yarra Valley
- Mount Buller
i just realised in the 7 years ive been here, ive never been anywhere out of the city. well. ive only been as far as Geelong & Gippsland..but i wasn’t bothered to go to the more scenic places. huhu. up until last week i didnt even know great oceans road was in Melbourne. i got it confused with the great barrier reef..which is somewhere in queensland. lol. If only i hadn’t gone home every other HOLIDAY..I would have seen SNOW by now..(mt buller).
hehe.
with the heat wave and everythig i doubt we’d be seeing any snow on mount buller anytime soon.

Hi, im from Kampong Lamunin, i’m here for the GRAND PRICKS.
yes..grand pricks! u know grand pricks??
*waves ferrari flag on a pole vigorously*
first off, i’d like to welcome my childhood friend Airul to Melbourne. huhuhu. Who’s here for the Grand Prix. silent x.
lol. the event’s tommorow. we were walking down little italy this evening and there were FERRARIS everywhere..not only PEOPLE were lining up for gelatos but FERRARIS too! from the vintage kinds to the latest models. gila. There was an endless stream of ferraris parked on the side of the roads..there were quiet a few ON the roads too..ok “i know we get it syaz awu banyak bah ferrari mu ani, mun kau punya mana saja huhu..” but banarrr it was really an awesome sight.tapi banar. kalau di brunei ferarri tia krg.. KERABAU betamu gigi kali ada. nda kerabau..kaling huhuhu. aku pun ke Lygon street atu rasanya tadi atu mcm MASUK GARAGE URANG. huhu. mcm. eh aku ani di lygon kah di geres? ataupun aku ani arah GRAND PRIXXXXXX (pricks) huhuhu. but anyway, sah musim ani time ferrari owners bulih MENGAMBANG. huhu. So anyway guess who didn’t bring a camera?
KISS will also be performing tommorow. sigh. how i’d love to see Gene Simmons live. waving his tongue like he just dont care. huhuhu. One thing i hate about this time of the year is the fact that i can still hear the cars zooming from miles and miles away. ENGINE BASI kali ah. but whatever, it can get pretty annoying..exsp when one’s trying to do a little bit of reading. mcm with the zoom zoom background.. mata pun ikut jua membaca laju mcm lidah KISS huhuhu baru ya “Z” reading* !! silap silap hari juling. baru mendangar bunyi kerita tu..apa lagi kalau meliat Grand PRIXXX banar banar.. jadi sasjuling.net kali.
*we had nasi lemak at Aunty Gangster on lygon earlier. and she (out of nowhere) taught us about a thing called Z reading where you literally draw Z’s on a written paragraph.. say a news paper article and from there youu could right away pick out the important facts without having to go through the whole article…heh. more like ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..
and i think i’m going to do a little bit of ZZZZZzzzing myself.
nite nite.
kiss me
ps: ka. AF6? bejual jua sudah vcd nya sini. lambat jua keluar arah kamu? bukannya minggu lapas ada sudah urang manang kah? huhuhuhu.

arghhh..this semester mainly revolves around boring lectures and shit loads of readings. by shit loads i mean at least 8 article journals PER SUBJECT a WEEK. and im doing four subjects. so you do the math. We havent even reached the 5th week of uni and my Governance lecturer’s already pushing for the 2nd assignment due mid April. and please. i havent even started on assignment 1.2 yet. Buleh ku turun balik ke kindergarten kah?
I’m also doing International Law & Policy this sem..and OMG u should see the kind of language they use in the articles. its nowhere near BABY TALK. Even the local students are having trouble understanding them. Imagine ku the chinese students who lug around with their electronic dictionaries..membawa extra battery kali bisdia ke skulah. aah paningku. This sem made me realise that LAST SEMESTER was NOTHING but a BIRD COURSE.
kwang kwang kwang.
eh anu bah. panas bah diluar ah. kalau menjamur battery abis.. FULL kali tarus power nya.
Melbourne caught on to the heatwave in Adelaide and its at least 40 degrees outside. an Ice Caramel latte from Starbucks would do me good right now. but i’m too lazy to go out. I aslo have marinated lambchops sitting on the kitchen counter and i dont think its a good idea for me to have it now..mencari swimming pool ku krg. hehe. But seriously. Melbourne’s never been this HOT during AUTUMN.

*i initially wanted to post this dulu before the previous one but i had to convert the file into *mp3 first.
Im in a diplomacy and statecraft lecture.
listen to him talk.
what does it do? what it does is basicly two things. one is that it breaks RULES, RULES by WHICH…they ensure..free flow of goods…..in a SUTAINABLE manner..
…environment…FOR EXAMPLE if you are say sending lots of goods to one country
or another..they have to see whether they are destroying the ENVIRONMEN
or not.. their maybe jepeding your tropical FOREST..to to to to.. free flow services of the WORLD.. … disputes..like canada usa.. or maybe australia and endoneshia..
WHATEVER…arbitrate dispute..so these are the two functions at the highest level..
at the level of ASEAN..SAR..or NAFTA…
sir please dont scream..you are hurting my ears.
lol. so now can u understand why it was so funny when he started writing on the wall? ya serious bah. hahaha. i’m definitely taking my notebook to class again next week huhu just incase something as ‘blog worthy’ comes up.
kizz meez.
ps: lain jua rasa dinding lain jua rasa white board kali ah??? hahahaha.

Nauli arrived this morning. I had doubts to whether her suitcase, which was huge enough to fit a person in would actually FIT in to the door. macam membawa jagung saja ya balik dari indon ani. huhu. It was almost empty when she opened it though. Inside was nothing but a few pairs of washed out jeans, a few shirts, her teddy bear Chuba and reallty good lace kain that she gave to us as presents from Jakarta. awu sweet. Kel just incase you’re wondering you got the Pink one. huhu.
She purposely brought back a bigger suitcase pasalnya she’s only here to pack up her remaining stuff. but whatever lah.. its nice have her..even if she’s just packing her stuff.
at least for the next 2 weeks aku bedangan!!
huhuhu
kiss me.
ps: kaymz, i still have a packet of dark choc lindt around. im baking you brownies tonight. ambil saja ah kalau kau ada time?? peas peas.
